NALEO Staffs Up
The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) Educational Fund yesterday announced that Angela M. Manso and Noel Pérez had joined the organization. Manso will serve as NALEO Educational Fund’s Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs. Prior to that, Manso worked for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and former Congressman Charlie González. Pérez joins the organization as Policy and Program Manager, where he will lead NALEO Educational Fund’s efforts to increase diversity on the Hill through the Staff Up Congress initiative. Previously, the California State University-East Bay grad was an Advisor for Member Services and Outreach at the House Democratic Caucus and was a legislative aide to former Congressman and current CA Attorney General Xavier Becerra. ¡Felicidades Angela y Noel!
